Site Prep:
Prepare a site with an extra 2' around the shed size ordered. Please remove any items that may be in the way before the crew arrives to avoid extra time charges.
Old Homestead Barns fit best on a level site. If your site seems impossible, don't give up! Contact Old Homestead for a solution.

Assembly
Charges:
We want to make it easy for you to put an Old Homestead Barn on your property. Our crew can build your barn or you can schedule a weekend Barn Raising and assemble your barn yourself! Contact Us for more information
Delivery:
We offer Free Delivery within an 80 mile radius. The charge for delivery between 80 and 300 miles is $2.50 per mile, one way. The return trip is on us. Please Contact Old Homestead for delivery information beyond 300 miles.
Permit:
Permits are the sole responsibility of the homeowner.
